Technical Due Diligence
Norconsult, In cooperation with Kjeller Vindteknikk offer Technical Due Diligence deliveries, often connected to transactions of permitted projects or investment in solar plants before or after commissioning.
In 2012, we began to systemize our process for conducting TDDs of power plants to ensure that our deliverables would always be consistent and to the highest standard. Over the course of 13 years we have refined our approach over a significant portion of TDD services in the Norwegian energy sector (though also internationally), taking pride in independent and excellent deliverables for sellers, for buyers, for seller and buyer jointly, and for plant owners for taxation or refinancing purposes. A full Norconsult TDD report is a thorough and detailed technical document which brings relevant information, good and bad, on the table to reduce risk for all parties. Comprehensive summary tables containing required input data for financial modelling such as key technical data, CAPEX/OPEX/reinvestment needs, actual versus expected energy production, contribute to providing all major facts at a glance.
