ProdBase
ProdBase is an online portal where you can access the theoretical production of your wind farm given the actual weather conditions.
In ProdBase, we present to you the following for each of your farms:
- The actual production (SCADA-data)
- The theoretical production
- The long term estimate, ie. the normal production
The theoretical production is found using our simulation tool, Wind Farm Simulator (WFS)
WFS: Wind Farm Simulator
The theoretical or estimated production of a wind farm is calculated using Wind Farm Simulator, WFS, with model data is used as input. WFS operates in the time domain, and as such is able to capture the most realistic theoretical production each individual turbine should be able to achieve. It accounts for wake effects, air pressure, high wind hysteresis, rotor equivalent wind speed (REWS), icing conditions and much more.
