Norconsult supports ROAF in bringing the PV plant online and finalizing the project by ensuring that it is brought up to an acceptable build quality and supporting their claims against the EPC by documenting improper installation practices and other deviations from contract documents, standards and good industry practice. Norconsult is also planning the grid connection.
