What is Wind Index?
Wind Index is the average wind speed during the relevant month (last 12 months for yearly index) divided on the average wind speed during the corresponding period (month or year) each year from 2000 to 2019. Red colours indicate that the wind speed has been higher than usual, and blue indicate lower wind speeds.
